Our Standards Are Set High!
The delivery and installation process is one of the most exciting parts of shed buying! That's why it is so important to be prepared.
For off-lot buildings, delivery professionals will typically call to schedule your delivery within 5-10 business days.
Custom ordered buildings will vary based on manufacturing shops' current lead times for new builds. Once fully constructed and inspected, a driver will call to schedule your delivery.

Buy Outright
Pay full purchase price upfront
If you are ready to pay for the building in full at time of purchase, we accept cash, checks, money order, and cashier's checks. You may also pay with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or AMEX credit card, which will include a 3% convenience fee.
Pay Upon Delivery
50% at Signing -- 50% at Delivery
You may pay as little as 50% at the time of purchase, the remainder of the balance is due upon delivery. Final payment can be made over the phone by calling our corporate office at 270-804-7750.
Rent to Own Agreement
Monthly rental payment plans that lead to ownership.
A portable building is a significant expenditure which you may not want or be able to absorb into a single month. Our Rent to Own payment program gives you the flexibility to choose a plan that works within your budget. Offering terms from 24-month up to 72-month*, we offer more payment options than any other shed company in the industry. Additionally, Rent to Own does not check your credit score for approval, and you only need first month's rent and security deposit** at signing. Once your final rental payment has been made, you will gain full ownership of the building.
90 Days Same As Cash
Short term, rent-free payment option.
Divide purchase amount over a 90 day term, starting from the date of delivery, you can take advantage of rent-free payments. This option is ideal if you want to pay for the building upfront, but prefer smaller payments in favor of one large lump sum.
